Do you need to fill a CERFA form for french trusts? We can help you!

Since the "Décret n° 2013-949 du 23 octobre 2013", which modifies French Tax Code, a CERFA form (Déclaration) needs to be filled in french language starting next 1st january 2014 for any trustee or settlor, thus you will need tax law assistance in both professional French and English.

As an international tax law firm and economic consultancy, we provide that service, and many more related to french trusts, for our world business clients.

We also offer that same service for Spanish-French trusts that need to fill CERFA among other forms in professional french tax law.
